New member of the Supervisory Board appointedCologne, 23 April 2026 - DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN: DE000A2AA204) (DF AG) as today received notification from the Cologne Local Court that Mr Martin Seeger, Düsseldorf, has been appointed as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board in accordance with Sec-tion 104 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
The Supervisory Board will convene shortly for its inaugural meeting and is therefore once again quorate.
