Cologne, 24 May 2016 – The insolvency plan submitted as part of the insolvency proceedings of DF Deutsche Forfait AG (Prime Standard, ISIN: DE000A14KN88), was approved by the Cologne local court on 29 April 2016. The court’s approval became final. On 20 May 2016 the court issued the official “Rechtskraftvermerk” notice certifying the legal effectiveness of the plan. The company received the official “Rechtskraftvermerk” on 24 May 2016.
